Placing An Order
The product page will display whether an item is 'In Stock', 'Low Stock' or 'Out of Stock'.
An out-of-stock item may be available to purchase if it is due back in stock imminently. If an item is due back in stock, we will make this clear on the product page with an anticipated stock date. Occasionally, an item that is low in stock becomes out of stock before the order is processed. In this scenario, we will remove the pre-authorisation from the payment method and reach out via email or telephone to discuss options.
When we receive your order, we'll send confirmation to the email address provided. This confirms we have received your order and pre-authorised your payment method.
If you recently placed an order with us and didn't receive a confirmation email, there could be a few reasons and we'll happily look into it:
- Our emails might have gone into your junk or spam folder so please check these.
- There might have been a misspelling when you entered your email address during checkout.
- Your email server could have strong spam filter settings and may not be letting our emails through.
If in any doubt, drop us an email to info@bedsnug.co.uk with your order details, name and delivery address, so we can check your order.
Once stock of the item is confirmed, your order will be processed and delivery arranged with you. This will be via a booking link or direct contact, depending on the items ordered. Please see our Delivery Information page for full details.
We require two points of contact, a mobile number and an email address, so we can keep you updated and ensure the smooth delivery of your order.
Your contact details will only be used in conjunction with the processing and delivery of your item.
Bedsnug provides customers with a safe and secure shopping experience. Our checkout uses SSL encryption technology, ensuring customer and financial data is transmitted securely.
Deliveries
Bedsnug offers a home delivery service across most of the United Kingdom with free delivery available, subject to postcode. Whilst our free delivery service extends to most UK mainland addresses, a delivery charge applies to remote areas.

We deliver to the UK only, to include England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and most offshore addresses.
The delivery timescale will depend on the order size, weight and delivery location. Typically:
One-Person Timed Delivery - 3 to 5 days for mainland deliveries and 4 to 7 days for remote areas.
Two-Person Timed Delivery - 3 to 7 days for mainland deliveries and 4 to 12 days for remote areas.
Both include a 2 - 3 hour delivery time slot and full order tracking, to help you plan ahead.
