Where does Bedsnug deliver to?
Bedsnug provides a Home Delivery Service to UK mainland only.

What is the delivery cost?
Bedsnug provides a free delivery service for orders over £300 to most UK locations, subject to postcode.
There will be a £10 charge for orders under £300. In addition, delivery to remote postcodes will incur a surcharge, as detailed below.

What are the delivery timescales?
We aim to deliver to most mainland UK locations in 2 to 7 days and to the remote areas detailed below in 10 to 14 days.

What is the order process?
When we receive an order, we will pre-authorise the payment method and send a receipt of order confirmation email. Once stock of the item is confirmed, the order will be processed and the payment method debited. We will then be in touch to arrange delivery. 

How will my order be delivered?
Items over 50kg will be delivered using a two-man service to a preferred ‘room of choice’. Delivery for items under 50kg will be made using either a one or two-man service, subject to delivery schedule. The delivery service does not include any unpacking, on-site assembly or removal of packaging. If the delivery team feel that delivery of the item to the room of choice may result in damages to the product or premises, or injury to themselves or others, they will leave the goods in a safe and convenient place.

Delivery Surcharges
Whilst our Home Delivery Service covers most parts of UK mainland, regrettably and due to ever increasing transport costs, some remote postcodes incur a delivery surcharge.

There will be a surcharge of £25.00 for the following Scottish postcodes to include Paisley postcodes PA1 to PA19, FK – Falkirk, KY – Kirkcaldy, PH – Perth, DD – Dundee, AB – Aberdeen, IV – Inverness and KW – Kirkwall.
Surcharges for Paisley postcodes PA20 and above, plus some of the far-reaching highland locations will need to be advised on a case-by-case basis. Delivery surcharges are in addition to the £10 charge for orders under £300.
